Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the website downloadstore.in and the Android app Mastery English (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Downloadstore ("we", "us", "our"), Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. By using the Services, creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use them only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate information and tell us if you think your account has been misused.

2. Use of the Services

We provide English learning and exam-practice material, including MCQs, previous-year questions, vocabulary, current affairs, quizzes, study notes, PDFs, ebooks, video courses and other digital products. You may use the Services only for your own personal, non-commercial learning.

3. Digital Products, Orders and Payments

  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • After a successful payment, your product is unlocked in your account or made available for download or viewing.
  • The "Remove Ads" purchase in the Android app is processed by Google Play Billing and is governed by Google Play's terms and refund policy.
  • We may change prices, offers or the products we sell at any time. A change will not affect an order you have already paid for.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our products are digital and are made available immediately, they are generally not refundable once access or download has been given. We will review a refund request and, where appropriate, refund you in these cases:

  • your money was deducted more than once for the same product (duplicate payment);
  • your money was deducted but the product was not unlocked or delivered;
  • the product is materially different from its description, or is defective and we are unable to fix it.

To request a refund, email support@downloadstore.in within 7 days of the purchase, with your registered email, the payment ID and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the Services, including PDFs, ebooks, videos, notes, questions, designs, logos and software, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, record, screenshot for distribution, share, resell, republish or reverse-engineer it without our written permission. Sharing a paid product with others, or sharing your account, may lead to suspension of your account without refund.

6. User Content and Reviews

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, is your own, and does not break any law or anyone's rights. You allow us to display it in the Services (with the name you entered) and to remove or edit it if we think it is inappropriate. Reviews may be shown only after approval.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: hack, scrape or overload the Services; bypass payments, ads or access controls; use bots or automated tools; upload harmful, unlawful or abusive content; impersonate others; or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

8. Third-Party Services, Links and Ads

The Services use third-party services such as Google (Firebase, AdMob, Google Play), Razorpay and Facebook Login, and may contain links to other websites. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content or practices. The Android app shows ads through Google AdMob; you can remove them with the "Remove Ads" plan.

9. Educational Content Disclaimer

We try to keep our content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors. Questions, answers and current-affairs material are for practice and learning. Please verify important facts from official sources. We do not guarantee any exam result or score.

10. Availability, Changes and Termination

We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, and we try to keep downtime short. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services or delete your account at any time (in the app: Profile > Delete Account).

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of data or profits, or interruption of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information. By using the Services you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
