Refund Policy

Digital products

Because PDFs and course access are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the file is downloaded or the course content is accessed.

When we will refund or fix the problem

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• Payment was deducted but you did not get access (we will first try to unlock your order within 48 hours).
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we cannot provide a working copy.
• The product is materially different from its description.

Courses

If a course is not what you expected, contact us within 7 days of purchase. If you have watched less than 20% of the lessons, we will review your request for a refund.

How to request

Send your order number, registered email and the reason by email or WhatsApp (see the footer / Contact page) within 7 days of purchase.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5-7 working days after approval. When a refund is processed, access to that product is removed.
