Mastery English - Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your Mastery English account and the data linked to it at any time. Choose either option below.

Option 1: Delete inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the Mastery English app and sign in.
2. Tap the Profile icon at the bottom right.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. For security, you must have signed in recently. If the app asks, log out, log in again and then tap Delete Account straight away.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot open the app, send an email from your registered email address to support@downloadstore.in with the subject "Delete my Mastery English account". Please mention the email you used to sign in. We may ask you to verify that the account is yours.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, email, phone number and profile photo)
• Your reviews, favourites and quiz or practice progress
• Your purchase records and access to purchased PDFs, ebooks and video courses
• Your push-notification token

What may be kept

• Payment and tax records held by Razorpay or Google, as required by law
• Anonymous analytics and crash data that cannot identify you

How long it takes

We delete your data within 30 days of a verified request. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Content you bought will no longer be available, and a new account will not get it back for free.
